6.4. Collection by customer
If you choose to collect the products, they will be available during our working hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Please allow 24hrs to process the order and agree a collection time.
6.5. Delivery attempts
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave instructions for rearrangement or collection from a local depot.
6.6. Failure to rearrange delivery
If you do not collect or rearrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. We may charge for storage and additional delivery costs, or end the contract if we cannot reach you.
6.7. Legal rights for late delivery
You have the right to end the contract if we miss the delivery deadline and it was essential to deliver on time, or if you informed us of the importance of the delivery date before placing the order.
6.8. Setting a new delivery deadline
You can set a new reasonable deadline for delivery and end the contract if we fail to meet it.
6.9. Ending contract for late delivery
You can cancel your order or reject delivered products if we fail to meet the delivery deadline. We will refund any paid amounts for cancelled products and their delivery. If products were delivered, you must return them, and we will cover the return costs.
6.10. Responsibility upon delivery
You are responsible for the products once delivered to your address or collected from us.
6.11. Ownership transfer
You own the products once full payment is received.
6.12. Providing required information
We may need certain information from you to supply and assemble the products. If not provided within a reasonable time, we may end the contract and charge for extra work required. We are not liable for delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information.
6.13. Suspension of supply
We may suspend product supply for technical problems, legal updates, or as requested changes. We will inform you in advance unless urgent or in emergencies.
6.14. Customer rights during suspension
You may end the contract if product suspension exceeds one month and receive a refund for prepaid products.
6.15. Suspension for non-payment
If you fail to pay, we may suspend supply until payment is made, without charging during the suspension period. Interest may apply on overdue amounts (see clause 11.5).
6.16. Promotional offers
- Free gifts are available with qualifying website orders only.
- Gifts are not exchangeable for other items, cash, or credit.
- One gift per order, not combinable with other offers.
- We may substitute gifts of equal or greater value if unavailable.
- Gifts are dispatched with the qualifying order.
- Promotional items if returning will not be refunded unless the full item is returned. Partial items will not be refunded.
7.1. Ending contract before delivery
You may cancel your order before delivery and payment. We may charge reasonable compensation for costs incurred due to cancellation.
7.2. Ending without good reason
If you end the contract without a valid reason, we will refund any sums paid for undelivered products, less reasonable compensation for incurred costs.

We may charge interest on overdue amounts at 4% per annum above our bank’s base rate, accruing daily until payment is made.
